My Philosophy
My goal for you is optimal wellness. It is also very important to me that you are empowered in matters of your health. Your body has built-in regulatory mechanisms for maintaining balance and optimizing your performance. Trauma, overuse, underuse, and unhealthy habits interfere with your body's ability to heal. It's my job to help you remove these road blocks, to set you on a healthier path, and to give you the tools needed to maintain optimal wellness. Injury and pain affect each aspect of who you are: body, mind, emotions, and spirit. I believe that healing (of all kinds) is best achieved when your whole Self is working toward health. Your body is not simply a machine that your mind and spirit inhabit. You are an embodied being.
